Refreshing and luxurious with an atmosphere of the unexpected, this member of the salt soap family contains sea clay, chlorella powder, patchouli, litsea, orange and fir needle. Resilience is a sunset in bar form. Enjoy a lather that is the final rays of a blessed late afternoon.
Here's a fun fact: the salt used in this soap is from Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia, the world's largest salt flat. Some say that Uyuni is where Heaven meets Earth. My husband and I traveled there last year, and I have to say that I agree. It's one of the most breathtakingly beautiful sights I've ever seen. Check out the photos below to see me standing in the flats!
Saponified oils of Coconut, Almond, and Haitian Castor, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Salar de Uyuni Salt (Sea Salt), Chlorella Powder, Sea Clay, Essential Oils
Haitian Castor Oil (Lwil Maskriti) is high in vitamin E, minerals, proteins, omega 6, and other beneficial fatty acids including ricinoleic acid which plays a key role in drawing moisture to the skin. Haitian Castor Oil can be used to fight acne and maintain healthy skin and hair. I have yet to meet a Haitian that doesn't have a bottle or two of this cultural staple in their home.
